Terms and conditions The owners refers to the proprietors of http://www.creativestitches.co.za (CreativeStitches.co.za). The site or web site refers to Creative Stitches Machine Embroidery Site. Purchaser refers to the customer or person who has paid for the the electronic embroidery designs purchased. Embroidery designs are sold in electronic/software version only and as such the transfer of all sold goods will be via e-mail only unless agreed to in advance by the owners. Designs that are proven to be faulty or defective will be replaced at the discretion of the owners. All sales will be considered final once money has been exchanged and no exchanges or refunds of purchased designs will be considered. CreativeStitches.co.za gives the purchaser implied permission to stitch-out purchased designs and resale rights are granted for stitched out goods only (created arts or goods using CreativeStitches.co.za designs). Transfer and or copy of the electronic/software embroidery designs purchased from CreativeStitches.co.za is strictly forbidden without written consent from the owners.
